Victor Antonov, professionally known as Rikk, is a Sofia-based film director whose work merges kinetic energy, emotional depth, and striking visual composition. Known for his collaborations with Bulgaria’s top music stars and brands, Rikk has shaped some of the most memorable music videos in the country’s modern pop culture.

From the Dance Floor to the Director’s Chair

Before his career behind the camera, Victor made a name for himself in Bulgaria’s breakdance scene—competing, performing, and mastering movement. That early training in rhythm and body language still informs his directing style today. On set, every shot is choreographed for emotional impact, with movement woven into the fabric of the story.

His nickname, Rikk, dates back to the early days of internet cafés and computer clubs—a moniker that stuck and evolved into a creative identity recognized in the music and film industry.

Collaborations with Icons

Rikk’s directing credits include some of Bulgaria’s most watched and talked-about music videos, working with leading artists such as: Azis, Galena, Preslava, Emilia, Galin, Kamelia, Cvetelina Yaneva, Alisia, Krisko, Fiki and many more.

The Rikk Signature

Rikk’s work is defined by:

  • Atmospheric Storytelling – Every scene builds mood as much as it tells a plot.

  • Cinematic Precision – A meticulous approach to framing, light, and rhythm.

  • Collaborative Energy – Creating sets where performers feel free to deliver their most authentic moments.

Beyond Music Videos

In addition to music, Victor has directed commercials, TV series, live shows, fashion videos and narrative projects, always with the same aim: to create images that linger in the audience’s mind long after the screen fades to black.

When not directing, Rikk is sketching concepts, scouting unconventional locations, and studying visual trends—always searching for the next story worth telling.
